Glissando Music and Arts Foundation and St. Paul's Lutheran Church are thrilled to present the new concert series in Rancho Palos Verdes - the gorgeous pinnacle of California's South Bay. Located on Palos Verdes Drive, right of scenic Point Vicente, with its renowned historic lighthouse, views of Catalina Island, and popular hiking trails, the venue is one of the most beautiful locations to imagine.

SATURDAY | DECEMBER 6 - SAX DREAMS | MUSIC YOU LOVE | SAXOPHONIST SERGEI GOVOROV AND PIANIST VLADIMIR KHOMYAKOV IN DUO RECITAL
Join us for an evening of refined musical artistry featuring Yamaha Artists Sergei Govorov (saxophone) and Vladimir Khomyakov (piano).
The program offers a thoughtfully curated journey through classical and contemporary masterworks. Audiences will experience the expressive depth of Johann Sebastian Bach, the captivating rhythms of Astor Piazzolla, and inspired interpretations of beloved popular music — including works by The Beatles, Sting, and James Last — alongside exquisite arrangements of iconic film scores.
Each piece has been arranged to showcase the dynamic interplay between saxophone and piano, blending technical brilliance with emotional nuance. Sax Dreams invites listeners into a world of artistic excellence, where every performance resonates with precision, passion, and the timeless beauty of sound.
The evening will also feature the presentation of the new CD album "Desert Sax", followed by an autograph session with the artists — offering audiences a unique opportunity to meet and connect with the musicians.
A complimentary wine salon reception will start at 6:30PM and continue after the concert, offering the opportunity to meet the artist and enjoy a convivial atmosphere!

Admission is limited to the venue's capacity.
All tickets sales are final and tickets are non-refundable.
Sitting is on a first-come-first-serve basis - no assigned seats. Parking is free and on site. Additional parking is available in a cul-de-sac on the south side of the church - parking there is head-on; please refrain from parallel parking.
